What services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of services! From general travel tips, to Air & Land packages, to full blown daily itineraries with built in activities. No request is too big nor too small. The first step is always our No Obligation Consultation. We want to make sure we understand your needs, and ensure synergy between client and advisor to best produce the perfect option(s).

How much does it cost?

That all depends on the needs of the client. Most often the price of our simple services are built into the price of the resort, cruise or travel package. That means you are paying the same price with or without using our service. However, for those wanting the BEYOND ORDINARY TRAVEL experience, a planning fee is incurred. After the initial consultation, you will be provided a fee structure for the services you build into your package. We are much more than a search engine for hotels and airfare. Lets be honest, you could've done that yourself. We take your travel to the next level. We eliminate decision fatigue and tailor fit your style into your vacation, so you are left with the vacation of your dreams.

I like to plan my own trips. Why should I use an agent?

For starters, convenience. But also, we are trained to think of the small details often overlooked. We are connected to an extensive travel community, which provides so much more than simple internet searches can provide. At the very base level, our travel quotes are the same as you find posted online, but in most cases our partners offer added perks, bonuses, and exclusive discounts unavailable to the general public.

Do you offer travel insurance

Yes! We partner with several well known travel insurance agencies and will offer insurance for every single travel reservation. We recommend you never travel without it, and in some situations we will refuse to book travel without it.

Other things to note

While we strive to offer the best customer service, we are not personal assistants and there is a limit our power. We will take every step possible, that if hired to do so, all the details of your trip are covered. You will travel with all necessary documentation and emergency call numbers, to get hiccups resolved as quickly as possible. We are here to help where we can when it is within scope to do so. But even for as awesome as we are, there are some things that are even beyond our control. We ask travelers for grace and realistic expectations that can be managed.
